IS there a way to only allow post edits for 5 minutes
 
Ive had a few users post useful information then get upset and edit all their posts. the next day they cool off then its too late.

I suppose you can disable editing for their usergroup. But really, who owns their words, you or them? Do you have any sort of copyright notices posted?

It's in the VB control panel, you can limit the amount of time to edit without showing an edit, and you can limit the amount of time to edit period.
