Similar thread Issue

Can some one advise me how to get similar thread activeated.
I have activated all options related to similar thread in ACP>Options>Thread Display
but still cant seem to be getting similar threads activated.

whats wrong ??

try rebuilding the "Similar Thread" counter in admincp

Maintenance >> Update Counters

Rebuild Similar Threads
Note: This will rebuild the similar thread list regardless of whether they are enabled or not. However, they will not be displayed until the option is enabled.
Number of threads to process per cycle

yup fixed :) thanks

One more prob i dunno if you can answer to this,
all my options are absolutely fine and activated in terms of getting threads and blogs tagged but no threads and blogs getting tagged.

what can be the reason.
even i have tried updatecounter>add tags to all threads. not successfull
all settings in options are acyivated but result not successfull.

what else do you think i need to do ????
