Moderation glitch
 
Not sure what or how this is happening but I have intermitant posts that are requiring "moderation"

None of my forums require admin moderation provided the user is logged on (non registered can not post)

I can not put any pattern to the problem either.. seems someone can reply and the post gets moved to "moderation" and the next guy does not...

any hints on where to look?

Maybe the forum they are posting in has moderation on
Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Your Forum > Moderation Options

Make sure all are set to NO

If not that, try check the usergroup settings to see if Follow Post Moderation rules off....set to on.
