Facebook spammers

I went and tested the facebook connect on a friends computer who has never been on my site before (I'm using VB 4.0.4) so he clicked F CONNECT and then gets taken to the facebook login and clicks accept....

Then my forum pops up and says "Sorry this forum does not accept registrations from Spammers" or something to that effect....

Anyone know what I have done wrong?

You have a stop spammers mod installed right?
