2 Forum with 1 User

Hai,

I have buy 2 vBulletin License for 2 domain
now i have 1 domain with vBulletin. Already up for maybe 1 years ( abcd.com )
and i want build new vBulletin forum 1234.com in same server machine with abdc.com
can i integrate this user ?

so abcd.com user can login in to 1234.com
but 1234.com can't login in to abcd.com
they must register at abcd.com for login

i just dump " user "database ??
vBulletin 4 both forum
