attachment issues vb 4.0.3
 
Every time I attempt to upload an attachment it keeps giving me this error:

file name xxxx Unable to move/copy:

Using file system? Correct folder path? Correct permissions on folder?

Check with your webhost to see if you have proper permissions. and also check to make sure you chmod'd all your folders and files properly.
