BG Questions

To have an image as a background but have it be static?
As in, if you were to scroll down the page, everything but the image would scroll.
Also - is there a way to use CSS to stretch the background on my forum to the page?

Unfortunately css cannot background image, ideally you can use a higher res background picture or try one which can title seamlessly

Go to Style Variables of our skin. Select Background for Entire HTML Document.
Add your background and then type fixed at the end.

Like this: url(http://site.com/image.jpg) fixed

It's easier than delving into the CSS itself.
