How To Reduce the Load in my forum?

What are your load averages?

if you have WHM u can go to yoursite.com/whm and login and top right will show you the 3 load averages

cheak database errors in your websit email

if there are many massegs belong to database errors
you can stop this by delating the email from config file (let it blank )

note : i solve this problem on my site by do that

stopping the emails doesn't stop the server load, it just stops the database from emailing you all the errors.

You can contact your SERVER HOST and ask them why the server load is so high and see if they can fix it, if not ask them how you can fix it. They should be able to fix it for you or atleast guide you through it.

well i have told them many time but they just say to me that maybe i have upload any script or hack !!! but i havenot any script !!!!

and then they told me that my forum may have too much visitors in the same time

so the result is .....they didnot understand to solve this problem until now

and they told me to find another hosting or to pay for them and taking a vps!!!!!!!!!

Well obviously your web host provider is garbage. You need to look at a good host, you can look at fdcservers.net for some reliable hosting. i run a vps through them, I'll give you some details of my hosting in pm.

cheap hosting companies are known to do this. Its a strongarm tactic to get you to pay for a more expensive package.
