How display a custom html code under the navbar
 

Hi guys, i have tryed to find something helpfully, but i did not find anything about how to insert a custom html code under the navbar, like here : http://www.ipmart-forum.it

could you please make me on the way to do it?

What custom html? Those look like modifications.
Oh yeah, this is posted in the vB3 forum, when thats a vB4 forum :)

ok maybe it is not a custom html, if i was an a vbulletin expert i did not ask, don't' you think? whatever it is..how can i do it? is there a mod for it?

What part are you actually talking about??? There are loads of stuff below the navbar...point it out.
