How do I move my tag box?

My forum loves tags, however since upgrading to vB4 and having the tag boxed moved down the page, I've found people aren't using the tags so much.

Does anyone know what template/how I need to adjust so that I can move the 'tags for this thread' box up above the 'similar thread' and 'thread information' boxes as it was before?!

If your using postbit, try postbit template
postbit_legacy > Try postbit_legacy template

OR showthread template.
