Profile Picture Problems

Just launched my forum and all is going well except for the profile pictures. Regular users can upload their profile pictures without issue, but they do not display. Profile pictures work fine for admins. All the permissions seem to be set right??

They should always display. Link to a members profile? Make sure before you provide a link guests can see user profiles.
