Add Code Tag Icon To Quick Reply

Hello,

Running VB4 and would like to know how I can add the code tag icon (#) and functionality to the Quick Reply box?

Thanks. Just imported the xml file but I get this message

On the back side of the server where you uploaded the files to install vbulletin.
