Signature Spam
 
Members are signing up, putting links in their signature but not posting, how can I put a stop to these signature spammers?

simple
setup your registered users to no sigs
them setup a forum promotion that when they hit X post their moved to a new usergroup you've made that does allow sigs.

no mods are needed.
