users signature

I am trying to help a user with his signature but when he places this link into the signature it shows up as a link and not the bar or image he wants. What am I missing here? Is it because of the [img] tag?

UPDATE: I found the problem.

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Picture Uploading Permissions -> Can Upload Images for Signature

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Signature Permissions -> Allow Image BB Code
