Time limit before allowing registration
 

I found a post literally months ago and can no longer locate it online. But it was for 3.8 but I think it would have worked for vb4.

I was wondering how I would go about adding a time limit to the registration page before it allows you to go through with registration.

such as you have to spend at least a humanly amount of time to complete the form.

If a bot tries to register say in 5 seconds then it would be denied registration.

Something about rules. Timer or whatever. Register Rules timer ??

basically what it does it you have to be on the registration page for say 15seconds.

If a bot comes along and registers on and takes 3seconds to register and clicks register it will deny them.

but say a bot or human comes along and registers and they take 16 seconds to fill out the registration process then it will approve the registration and go onto the next step in the system(in my case email verification)

I hope that makes sense.
