Who can convert?

I very need mod Thread Desc (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=131239), but it's not for 4.x. Who can help me? Thank you very much.

people cannot just convert other peoples code, they will need permission from the original author to use their code and that doesn't have reusable code checked so you need to go email that author and start there
