Reset then recount rep?

We went a little crazy adding rep to some people not realizing the long term effect and I was wondering if there is a way to zero out everyone somehow and then rebuild again. I've tried rebuilding it from the update counters menu but due to the fact some of those who set their rep really high repped others at that time it still comes out way off for those guys :(

I don't want to start from scratch again because I have a year of soild rep it's just the numbers are way off
