FaceBook Connect...

Can someone tells me what this error means when I am trying to connect?

API Error Code: 100
API Error Description: Invalid parameter
Error Message: next is not owned by the application.

Brandon was saying that they discontinued facebook connect...facebook that is , i never got a reply to my query about it so i cant be sure . is all facebook connect Down is a better question?
