Suggestion, Required Fields options
 

Edit Project, Required Fields, I suggest the checkbox is replaced by radio / options:

- Off, do not use at all
- On, set to a default value (not set by user)
- On, not required
- On, required

for Applicable Version, Category and Priority

- We use PT for customer support. Version is not applicable for us.
- We would like Priority to be set by us not by customers.

I like this idea. Placing it into our internal tracker for further consideration. :)
