[Solved] Custom search for all postings by current user
 

I posted this yesterday at vb.com

I'd like to make a search listing link for all posting activities by the "currently logged in user.

The result should be something like what I get by doing

Advanced search + Multiple Content tab, + All Types + Username which would be the currently logged on user.

and suggested I post here at vb.org instead.

Lynns suggestion works fine (of course!) but now I'd like to add "SORT by date DESC"
Then also limit to N results.

Any suggestions out there on how to have the list sorted on posting date/time?

Is there any documentation on search arguments?

I have some pressure from site members for this because there is a site related to mine that has the type of listing I am trying to set up. So I ask again nicely:

- Like Advanced Search, All types, Your own name, Sort by date, In Descending order. And preferably limit to the N latest if this conserves resources.

- The first part is working.

- The sort by date in descending order and limit latest N postings are missing.
