Not importing additional.css

hello. I have a custom skin and it uses a file called additional.css. Unfortunately the arcade pages don't import this file and it causes major problems in my layout. I am curious if this is a problem with my layout or with the arcade.

This might be beyond the scope of this forum, but does anyone know how to force arcade to import additional.css?
