Help needed for the ecosystem - Lion Fish
 

Hi:

Im one of the person in charge of a great community labor that is helping PR to control the Lion Fish in our waters.

I manage a vbulletin 4 forum and im looking for help.

I need to create something that people can enter and post the information where they have seen the lion fish, the date, quantity, depth, etc. ( create like a database of that information) so the people in charge to collect the fish can enter to the site and see where they can find the fish.

any help would be completely appreciate for me, PR, and the caribbean islands.
