Remove Time Limit on Editing of Posts for selected usergroups

Install:

Upload the file
Import product_nolimit.xml
Configure in vBulletin Options -> CT No Limit Edit Post

Admin cp >> Settings >> Message posting and editing options >> Minimum Time Between Posts

there is already a mod to do what is required.
If i don't make mistakes translation should be this: Exlude User Groups from Flood Check Wait Time Limit

Is there any chance to modify this to exclude forums from the time limit?
There is already a mod for vB3.6 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=136448) but I need it for vB4.
