Background question
 
How is the background for this site accomplished?

I have the background set, but I can't figure out how to make the background stationary...

background-attachment: fixed;

is what you are looking for

Correct. The only issue with this is that scrolling appears slower/jittery - this is normal however.

Do you set that somewhere in the style var or is this a css thing?
