Importing just posts, members, threads etc from Forum

Hi,

I have done an upgrade on a test database from v3 to v4 and I am now ready for it to go live but the only thing is that the newest posts, users, PM's from when I took the snapshot to now won't be in the new database.

How can I just import these and leave everything else alone like settings etc?
