Member profile Album issues
 

Hello,

I am running the suite 4.0.3 edition and I am running into issues with members now being able to upload photo's to their album. They are having issues with jpg format photo's where it says max allowed is 97.5 which makes it virtually impossible for them to use the album function. If anyone had any advice I would really appreciate it thank you.

Have you checked the usergroup settings and set everything for albums there?

heres what I have for user album permissions.

Can Have Album and Upload Pictures = yes
Yes No

Can View Albums Users without this permission will still be able to see picture in public and profile album if they know the exact URL. = yes

Can Edit Own Picture Comments = yes
Yes No

Can Delete Own Picture Comments = yes
Yes No

Can Manage Comments on Own Pictures = yes

After trying to upload 1 image I get the following


vBulletin Message
This picture exceeds your total album file size quota by 93.5 KB.


I have group permissions changed the max file size to that of the admins 102400

Try upping this setting:

Maximum Total File Size of Album Pictures (bytes) 1KB = 1024 bytes <----> 10240

I have it set to 102400 now and still get same issue wont allow more than 97.5 in jpg format




I also checked attachment manager and below are the settings
