Donation System and needs - help

Hi ive tried various and some are quite good but lack in some areas that others have so im looking for one that has the following if somebody can help.

Donation System that has subscription lengths according to donation ammount.
Ability to automatically move a user in/out of a set usergroup according to subscription length.
Ability to automatically give vBexperience points or awards
Donators list

Appreciate any help given.
