Image Wrap with Text and Caption?

I have used a custom BBCode for a long time when I was using my 3x forums, I really liked it and it worked well, however with VB4, it's just not working quite right, so I need a re-write of this (if possible). Could anyone do this? Write a simple BBCode to make this work with VB4 possibly? Here's what it needs to look like if at all possible.
