Here are the steps I have undertaken so far:

1. Deleted every last file in the public_html folder;
2. Completely rebuilt the directories with clean, new files (for vBulletin, CMPS, Extreme Pixel's "Disturbed" style, and all mod files I had);
3. Ran the 3.8.5. upgrade script.

I'm not sure what else to do at this point. I did find something kind of telling though. When I ran the upgrade script I noticed an extra style being updated. I assume it's the hacker's. I went into my style table in the DB and deleted that style but it must be set as the default style or something. I don't know how to alter the default style through the DB.

I think that might solve my issue. Any other ideas or tips?

Can you still login to the AdminCP?

If not you can reset the default style using tools.php (can be found in the "do_not_upload" folder).
