vb.org Archive - can anyone clarify this reg forum backup

Hi,

I had installed this mod https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=231481 (vBulletin Cron Based Database Backup) and its working fine, I wanna know do I really want to backup files of forum root (say httpdocs ie folder where I installed VB) through FTP manually.

I mean if something goes wrong during upgrade of vb, is it enough to restore files from backup created by vBulletin Cron Based Database Backup or I wanna restore files of my forum root also.

If yes, then any mod is there for backing those files on my server.

Hoping you are clear what I'm asking?
