Where should I put my webclip icon for my forum?

Few of my forum members asked me if I could make a web clip for my forum. For those who's wondering, what's a webclip icon? well, it's basically an icon on iphone or ipod touch when you save a website.

So, after a few Google search, I found out making the icon is not a hard task, it's rather pretty easy:

Now, the question is: Where should I put this icon? Should I put this in the root folder on my server or public html folder? anyone here has one for his/her forum that can give me some input?

thanks in advance.

I have no idea how this relates to vB. Try an apple support forum.

Umm My question was related to vbulletin because I wanted to hear where other vbulletin forum owner put their webclip icon ( server root vs. public html folder).

I would be curios as to the answer as well... I always figured this was something beyond my control.

Where does an iPhone look for such an icon?

what you mean Marco?

BTW, you just put the icon in the forum root folder (public html) and works like a charm!
