Removing Top banner when Not logged in
 
I posted my main problem in the general forum when I realized part of my question (which was how to remote login) was how to remove the top banner from showing when users are not logged in, belonged in this forum..

My site has everything blocked until you log in. Except the navbar and top banner stay which say what the site is about. I wanted to block that top banner. Can I use a (sorry I am not a coder but I am going to speak in englishcode) if = user not logged in then do not display. If =uses [member] , then display?
