Create new article default settings

Does anyone know how can change the default settings of the options in the 'Create new Article' page? Including prefilling some text in the 'Title' and 'Article' fields?

probibly could be done useing hacks and html and plugins

you would have to send the information through something like a form with the type hidden information embedded in it then your pluging would have to open start_newthread then type hidden ...lol better wait for a mod
