Plain text editor in one subforum?

Hi...

Is there a way to force use of the plain text editor, rather than the wysiwyg or standard editors, in one subforum? I have a wiki forum, and editing the wikis using anything but the plain text editor really messes up the layouts, e.g. stopping text from wrapping around images etc.
