Notification of replies to subscribed threads
 

I get a lot of members who would like to subscribe to threads, but hate receiving e-mails about new posts.
Instead they would like for those notifications to show up in the notifications list. Where notifications of new PMs, profiles comments and so on are shown.
And I think that makes a lot of sense.

Is there a mod that can do that? And if not, can anyone help me understand how to achieve this?
