CSS Templates
 
I'm not sure how to call the CSS templates in my addons.

I have tried bfcdownload.css and bfcdownloadcss but alas nothing. Maybe I am doing things wrong.

I haven't used CSS in awhile now.

For class="" is it .cat_bit or #cat_bit?
