Adding additional timezone information in the footer
 

Hi there,

Tried searching vb.org, but came up blank. I'm basically interested in having my footer show more than just the forum's default timezone. I found that the timestamp from there is generated by the phrase 'all_times_are_gmt_x_time_now_is_y'. If at all possible, I would like to extend this with one (possibly more in the future) time zones. I.e.

etc. Unfortunately, the phrase grabs time from two variables {1} and {2}. I have no clue where these are filled in, or how to extend the code used to fill them and add a third variable to that.

Any pointers on where I ought to go?
