These files can be any image. (png, jpg, gif, ect).
This images can be located on the localhost or on a remote server.

This will be located after the navbar on FORMDISPLAY and SHOWTREAD and FORUMHOME.

Can't the ad system do the same job?!

yes, but there are requests that want the update of a hack already installed.
- with 50-200 forums it is a lot easier to update a hack vs. redo the work of data input on the new system.

should not matter, this just attaches itself to an Ad hook.
