any ideas how to fix this please?

This is caused by a mod that uses the postbit_display_complete. What mods did you install recently?

hey mate thx for the help, none, since i installed the upgrade to 4.0 i installed few hacks but some members told me that, but today its happening to me :s any advice, maybe trying to disable 1 by 1 and see what happens?

Yes, try to disable them until you find the culprit.

well it seems that is the MARCO1 Hide BBCODE, im still working on it im gonna enable it and see if it pop up again, i really need that 1 :S

I am not familiar with that mod. Try to ask at its own topic. Maybe the mod author can help you figure what is causing that since it is his mod.
