New Thread - Pre-written text??

For example if a user hits New thread,

In the message they'll see

Code:

What's your name?

Age?

I know there's a Form hack but I think this will be less trouble since it could be 50-100 questions.
Basically I just need pre-written messages when a user hits "New thread"
Anyone know how to do that?

Do a search for the Stencil Mod. I think that is what you want.
