Is there a way i can stack usergroups?

Note: I tried using ranks, but if you were in a usergroup as a primary one, it would list that group twice.

If you want to maodify it for you only i.e. an Admin as in the image you provided then change your User Title to custom, Admin set and html allowed

then in the user title field type in:

Otherwise if for all users you will have to do some conditional coding based on usergroups.
