Signature, avatar upload error
 
Hi,
This is the error when signature or avatar images are uploaded. no members can't upload images.
This error comes after vb 4.0.3 upgradation.

Please help me.

Have you checked that your /tmp directory is chmod 777?

HI,

Thanks Lynne. But can any one tell me where this tmp directory located. I have searched http docs as my forum installed in main directory. SORRY I'M starting from scratch. I have no idea about that temporary directory.

You may have to have your host fix this issue if you don't have access to it.

could be you will have to create the tmp folder and then cmog it to 777 or here

just create it off your root/tmp/ it looks like
