When viewing a forum, Last Post by Link Is Wrong
 
When I am viewing a forum regardless of what style I am using, the link to the Last Post By in incorrect. For example, for my username test it will show:

http://mywebsite.com/forums/member.php?0-Test

Which is not the right link, it shoes the username right but not the ID, so it doesn't work.

How do I fix this?

And this started happening when? When you did the upgrade (was it an upgrade?), did you rebuild all the counters you were told to rebuild (thread, forum, search)?
