well it looks to be a template hack in whats going on you should be able to go to his page and view the source and grab the code, then apply it to the whats going on template :>

or you may get the embedding code from that link i posted its a Pakistani radio code im sure its on their site :D

It looks like he has a streaming radio station and added some html to the template to show it.
