HTML Registration form on page outside of Vbulletin

Hi

I am trying to add a form to my sites homepage allowing users to register. I have a set area for this and I can not seem to get the form to work.

http://www.gossipxo.com/test.html this is where the form is. Can anyone suggest how to change this?
