vB 4.X: CMS: Group categories like sections

What do I have to insert in a PHP code widget for vB 4.X CMS to display the categories grouped like the sections? I added the categories in admincp grouped but they will be shown not grouped in the widget. They are all alphabetically ordered on the same level.
They should be displayed with the plus and minus buttons like the sections in the sections widget.
