Image Attachments?
 
Ok when I log in to my site as an administrator I am allowed to upload an image attachment from my computer via the little image button on the editor.

If I log on as a registered user when I click the same button I am only allowed to insert an image link I can not upload an image. I am pretty sure there is a setting for this but I can not find it can anyone help.

Should be able to set this by going to Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Click GO beside the group you want to edit. There are 3 settings you should pay attention to concerning image uploading.

Can Have Album and Upload Pictures (Under User Album Permissions)
Can Upload Attachments (Under Attachment Permissions)
Can Upload Pictures (Under Group Permissions)

Thanks for the response I found that i needed to turn on the advanced wysiwyg editor. and then i needed to make sure the file size permissions were set properly as well.
