Suggestion
 
One way we could stop the spammers is by making the whole site restricted to licensed users only. Meaning, you must be licensed to post anywhere.

It varies. Myself for ex, I wanted to know about coding and themeing tutorials.

You forget we have a pre-sales section ;)

There are no plans to change the unlicensed access.

spammers always post pointless threads about iphone, nike, pills etc... you just have to avoid reading these and the filtering is done...

no need to change strict rules because you do not like to read them... just act on your own site if you dare, but i think the guys here have what it takes to manage everything.
