New posts in subscribed threads only?

is there any way to search on new posts that are only in my subscribed threads?

I've got users who are seriously overwhelmed by the results that "new posts" returns. It would be much better if I could create another "new posts" link that allowed them to see results only for the threads that they were already subscribed to.
