Need How To for CMS Header

Hi folks,

can someone help me out with a serious issue?

I want to place a code to include a external php script.

Code:

{vb:rawphrase ownscript}

This works excellent for the vBSuite 4.0 except the CMS.
Anyone out there who knows why? I can't understand this
'cause it works fine for forum,blog and all own pages except
CMS.
